Girls Who Gravel
Welcome to Girls Who Gravel – a gravel bike community created by women, for women. Inspired by the freedom and adventure that gravel riding brings, we aim to create a welcoming space where all women, regardless of skill level, can discover the joys of riding on less-travelled paths. Whether you’re just starting out or have many kilometres in your stats, this is a place where you can connect with like-minded riders, learn technical skills, and grow in confidence. Through different ride sessions, hands-on workshops, camps, and get-togethers, we’re here to inspire, empower, and support each other on this amazing gravel journey. Let’s have fun together!

Off the Grid weekend
•
Our first camp called ”Off the Grid” – a weekend, where phone reception is low but vibe is high and the body gets tired, but mind feels fresher as ever. It brings us closer to nature and the more simple life, to enjoy being really present in the current moment and feel the freedom our bikes can bring us.
Whether it’s a ride session or a social hangout, you’re always welcome to join! In addition to GwG-specific events and rides, we have also listed in the calendar different gravel events around us.
Stay in the loop by subscribing to the Google calendar below, and connect with us in our Facebook Group.

For Girls Who Gravel rides, we have put the rides into 3 bigger categories:
Level 1 – Social ride: short or moderate distance with easier terrain and chill pace ~17-22km/h.
Level 2 – Steady ride: a more longer ride, terrain can be more technical, pace ~20-25km/h.
Level 3 – Advanced ride: a more longer ride and technical terrain, with pace ~22-26km/h.
* Actual pace can vary depending on terrain, weather, and group dynamics.

About

Hey, I’m Elina – nice to meet you!
I started gravel cycling in 2022, and it quickly became my passion. From local trails in Estonia to breathtaking routes across Europe, every ride has been an adventure that has fueled my love for exploring on two wheels.
Gravel cycling is magical, but let’s be real — it can also feel a bit lonely sometimes, especially as a woman. That’s why I started this community. With Girls Who Gravel, we’ll always have a network of like-minded cyclists to share the journey and discover new adventures together.
See you on the gravel! 🚴♀️
